Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Applause is seeking a remote mid-level QA Analyst to work with a client in the ticket marketplace industry. The role involves coordinating testing services and ensuring high-quality delivery of web and mobile applications. Responsibilities • Coordinate with Applause Manager on testing strategy and approach • Coordinate with Client engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Acquire and review test case requirements • Attend Client meetings to understand scope, requirements, and scheduling • Manage Applause test cycles and its remote testing community • Triage issues reported during functional / payment testing, which include exporting to Jira and tracking trends • Providing defect reports and test summaries as requested by stakeholders • Other project related activities Skills • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant work experience • 4+ years of software QA work experience testing web and mobile native apps • Must have a personal desktop or laptop to conduct business; access to Client and Applause systems will be provided • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization • Strong coordination and facilitation skills • Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects • Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working with deadlines Company Overview • Applause is a crowd-sourced digital quality testing enabling companies to deliver digital experiences to their customers.
