Moladin is Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform, and they are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter Freelance to support their sales hiring projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline that meets hiring requirements.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified sales candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required qualifications and project criteria
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and overall suitability
- Submit qualified candidates along with concise screening notes and interview feedback
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline and hiring targets
Skills
- Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiter, preferably with experience in sales recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively identify candidates using various recruitment platforms and talent databases
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal laptop
