They are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager focused on the U.S. Department of Energy to expand the use of WEKA's solutions, develop strategic plans, and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Using your expertise of the Department of Energy to expand DOE’s use of WEKA
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create a sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
- Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
- Interface with many levels of WEKA senior management
Skills
- 7+ years of IT Sales experience selling into the Department of Energy with a deep network
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting the growth of the company
- Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
