- 1–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Experience working in KPI-driven environments with coaching participation

- Closing deals within 1–2 conversations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Meeting daily KPIs such as dials and closes
