This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting business growth through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, financial statement preparation, and compliance with GAAP
- Oversee all accounting functions, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions
- Analyze financial performance, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with leadership to improve financial results
- Monitor cash flow, support strategic initiatives like pricing and market expansion, and assist with M&A activities
- Manage financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and team development
Skills
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including controllership and FP&A roles
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and financial systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and work independently
- CPA or MBA preferred
