The role involves designing and implementing scalable services while collaborating with various teams to integrate predictive models and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core back-end systems for lead routing, partner integrations, and ad targeting
- Design scalable services, ensuring security, quality, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed predictive models and AI solutions
- Advocate for engineering best practices and innovative tools to improve velocity
- Contribute to technical strategy and support company growth initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on production systems
- 3+ years of hands-on Elixir Phoenix LiveView experience
- Strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL in high-volume environments
- Experience deploying in cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of data pipelines, back-end development, and system scalability
- Effective communicator with collaboration skills
- Problem solver with a proactive, quality-focused mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Passionate about automation, AI, and continuous learning
- Bonus for JavaScript and Python experience
