They are seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to work on projects that evaluate and improve AI using expertise in retail operations, sales management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world retail and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured responses covering sales strategies, team management, merchandising, and conflict resolution
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Sales Lead, or Store Manager
- Strong understanding of sales management, customer service standards, and performance metrics
- Experience leading sales teams and managing daily store operations
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
