Dodge Construction Network is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and monitor their commercial organization’s daily data. This role will involve executing revenue operations by unlocking insights in data and ensuring sales teams have access to accurate, timely information.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and most importantly own the recurring reports and dashboards (located in Salesforce, Tableau, AWS, or elsewhere) that give sales teams and managers visibility into pipeline, activity, and key performance indicators, working to specifications set with the Senior Director and the business
- Maintain data quality and hygiene across Salesforce (SFDC) and connected systems – including deduplication, field standardization, and enforcement of data-entry conventions – so that downstream reporting and analysis can be trusted
- Operate and monitor the lead and opportunity routing engine, ensuring records are assigned to the right teams and territories accurately and on time
- Assemble and validate pipeline and bookings data that feed revenue forecasting, partnering with internal stakeholders on any underlying model assumptions
- Field day-to-day, ad hoc data requests from SDRs, AEs, and front-line sales managers, and develop self-serve resources that reduce one-off asks over time
- Provide light support and configuration for the GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, and connected tools), with the right judgment to triage issues for the appropriate internal owner or vendor
- Maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures with tight change management and version control
- Reconcile reporting discrepancies across systems and escalate root-cause issues that require process or systems changes
- Conduct detailed, time-sensitive operational work under general supervision, exercising sound judgment on day-to-day prioritization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (mathematics, economics, finance, business, etc.) or equivalent education and work experience
- 2-4 years in revenue/sales operations, sales analytics, or a CRM-centric analyst role
- Hands-on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)
- Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
- Comfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demands
- Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Cowork using advanced Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ object and reporting schema
- Familiarity with lead routing, territory management, or sales engagement tooling
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data-querying languages
