They are seeking a Sales Leader - East to drive revenue growth and manage a team of Account Executives, focusing on building relationships with key enterprise customers and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales strategy and execution for the Eastern region. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth, expand customer accounts, and meet/exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts across various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and beyond
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions that address their business challenges using Nile’s cutting-edge NaaS technology
- Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and sales engineering teams to build a robust sales pipeline. Leverage data-driven insights to manage pipeline health and drive consistent performance across the team
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance metrics to senior leadership. Use data to refine sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adjust tactics as needed
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, customer success, and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial engagement through long-term relationship management
- Attract, retain, and develop top sales talent. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring your team is equipped with the tools and training to succeed
- Represent Nile at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Act as a spokesperson for the brand, championing our mission and building thought leadership in the enterprise networking space
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the networking, network security, or SaaS industries
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue goals in enterprise sales environments
- Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and technologies
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other key decision-makers
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales cycles with large enterprise customers
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to sales management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and business value to customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership
