The Sales Operations & Inventory Planning Executive will ensure inventory availability and accurate forecasting while providing insights for business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor demand forecasts based on sales trends and business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance to ensure adequate stock availability
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory
- Prepare and maintain inventory, sales, and operational performance reports
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support business decisions
- Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support inventory planning and product availability
- Participate in inventory reviews and planning discussions
- Assist in resolving inventory and product availability issues
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, sales operations, purchasing, supply chain management, or related functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, business intelligence platforms, or data analytics technologies
