Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for WeTechForU’s digital and IT services
- Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and virtual meetings
- Present tailored solutions that align with clients' business goals
- Manage a sales pipeline
- Deliver product and service overviews
- Prepare proposals
- Negotiate terms
- Follow up to finalize agreements
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to refine offerings

Skills
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Knowledge of digital marketing and IT services, such as web development, cloud solutions, data warehousing, and integrations
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with skill in building rapport, active listening, and explaining technical concepts in accessible terms
- Competence in using CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and productivity software to manage client interactions and track performance
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed commission-based sales targets
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly with small and medium-sized businesses, is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches and an interest in technology and digital transformation
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
