They are seeking a full-time remote Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce environment, ensuring data accuracy and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Urban Alchemy’s Salesforce.com environment to support program operations and organizational growth
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, validation rules, user profiles, and permissions to ensure data accuracy and security
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Assist teams with data analysis
- Provide user support and training to improve adoption and effective use of the platform
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with program and leadership staff to gather requirements
- Implement process improvements that enhance reporting, case management, and outreach tracking
Skills
- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, and security settings
- Experience creating and maintaining Validation Rules to improve data quality and enforce business processes
- Ability to design and manage reports and Dashboard components to support data-driven decision-making
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend system or process improvements
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and training non-technical users
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organization, and self-direction
- Commitment to Urban Alchemy's mission and alignment with values of respect, inclusion, and restorative practices
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience is highly beneficial
- Experience working in nonprofit, social services, or community-based organizations is a plus
