They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand their client portfolio by identifying and converting high-value prospects into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
- Position ProExhibits as the clear partner of choice by demonstrating our ability to deliver world-class experiential programs, premium creative solutions, and service execution that consistently outperforms industry competitors
- Drive company revenue and profitability by winning new business while maintaining performance consistent with our industry-leading 65% proposal win rate
- Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects at trade shows and industry events
- Execute a disciplined outbound sales approach utilizing email prospecting, social selling, voice outreach, event networking, industry specialization, and direct engagement with executive decision makers
- Build relationships with senior-level stakeholders including CMOs, Marketing Executives, Procurement Leaders, and Brand Decision Makers within enterprise organizations
- Generate new opportunities by leveraging internal marketing resources, including assigned MQLs, curated exhibitor lists, social campaigns, industry awards, publications, and targeted event-based marketing initiatives
- Lead client discovery meetings, proposal presentations, and internal project kickoff meetings
- Drive project timelines that create accountability for both clients and internal teams, ensuring timely decisions, clear communication, and seamless execution throughout each phase of delivery
- Expand newly acquired accounts by identifying additional revenue opportunities and building lasting client relationships that drive long-term growth
- Accurately enter, manage, and forecast account and opportunity data within the HubSpot CRM suite
- Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator as advanced tools for prospecting, industry engagement, content creation, and new business generation
- Build industry credibility through professional networking, thought leadership, and active engagement within target verticals, particularly within the technology sector
Skills
- At least two years of new business prospecting and full cycle sales experience at a reputable custom exhibit house in the trade show and events industry
- Annual sales of at least $1 million encompassing core and ancillary build components and services
- Proven ability to hunt, close deals, and drive net new revenue
- Self-motivated and comfortable with independent work and daily self-direction
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools
- Strong pipeline management skills, with a focus on lead conversion and high win rates
- Ability to sell to enterprise accounts and develop strategic business discussions
- Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
