They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to document current-state processes, design data-driven future states, and support strategic decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Define future-state solutions using data analysis and external research
- Partner with stakeholders during Agile ceremonies and PI planning
- Decompose epics into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Track and report on KPIs, insights, and business outcomes
- Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations and process improvements
Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong background in process documentation, requirements gathering, and user story development
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking
- Experience with Jira, Snowflake, and Tableau
