Responsibilities
- Support clients with administrative needs
- Drive efficiency through owning specific situations and taking them to resolution
- Provide department-wide support for client situations involving certain topics
Skills
- Comfortable with computer and technology systems such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Money guide, Tableau
- Proven organization and efficiency skills
- Completion of training within eight weeks of hire
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 2+ years of customer service; prior financial services, banking or insurance industry, or Edward Jones experience recommended
