The Senior Director of HCM Channel Sales will execute strategies to drive new revenue through strategic partnerships, focusing on building relationships and ensuring ResNav becomes the primary partner for data management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, build, and maintain strategic relationships with sellers and implementation consultants within ResNav’s strategic partners
- Drive top-of-funnel revenue through partner relationships and strategic alliances
- Execute ResNav’s sales process to sell historical document and data extraction, storage, and compliance solutions
- Manage territory and partner assignments to deliver revenue results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional service and provide market insights for strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 5 years HCM or Payroll industry experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and sales through partnerships
- History of meeting or exceeding annual revenue goals
- Experience working with or for HCM and Payroll vendors and partner ecosystems
- Strong business development skills and ability to drive top-of-funnel pipeline
- Tenacity and adaptability to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Ownership of territory management and partner engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bias for action and optimism
- Comfort operating with autonomy and building processes in a startup environment
- Presidents Club or similar recognition preferred
- Strong brand and network within the HCM industry and with specific vendors is a plus
