They are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations, focusing on policy development, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Leading the company’s HR strategy and operations across multiple locations and business units
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes that support organizational goals and a positive employee experience
- Guiding HR business partners
- Managing employee relations matters
- Ensuring consistent performance management practices that align with company standards
- Collaborating with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws
- Leveraging HR data and analytics for informed decision-making
- Fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
Skills
- Strong background in Human Resources (HR) strategy and operations, including experience leading HR teams in complex, multi-site or global organizations
- Proficiency in HR Policies and policy development, with the ability to design, implement, and update programs that support business objectives and employee engagement
- Deep experience in Employee Relations, including handling complex issues, conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful, inclusive, and compliant work environment
- Expertise in Performance Management, including setting frameworks, coaching leaders, and driving consistent processes for feedback, development, and accountability
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions and risk mitigation in HR practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using HR metrics and data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels, cultures, and disciplines in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Advanced degree
