Key Responsibilities Lead the mechanical design and analysis of complex systems and components for international projects across various industries. Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD) to develop and validate designs. Collaborate remotely with global engineering teams, project managers, and clients to define project scope and requirements. Perform detailed engineering calculations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including design reports, specifications, and manufacturing drawings suitable for diverse international standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams located across different regions. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, regulatory, and cost requirements specific to each project's context. Actively participate in virtual design reviews and client presentations. Stay abreast of global engineering trends, new technologies, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges encountered throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a strong portfolio of complex project contributions. Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D CAD software and advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD). Proven experience in managing technical aspects of projects with international collaboration. Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes, materials science, and relevant industry standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly across different cultures and time zones. Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor engineers remotely. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
