Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoLab is an AI platform that helps mechanical engineering teams bring products to market faster. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of AI-powered review systems to assist engineering teams in identifying issues before they escalate, collaborating with various teams to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for CoLab's AutoReview capabilities
- Partner closely with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences
- Identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision making within engineering reviews
- Conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns
- Define product requirements and make prioritization trade-offs across UX, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Help shape CoLab's long-term AI product strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption
- Drive clarity and momentum in highly ambiguous problem spaces
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products
- Experience building AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products is required
- Experience with AI/ML-powered enterprise products
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with highly technical Engineering teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value
- Experience building products for engineering, manufacturing, CAD, or industrial workflows
- Experience working on trust-sensitive systems where accuracy and explainability matter
- Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflow design
