Skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with measurable business impact
- 8 years of experience with system design, architecture, and cross-functional trade-offs
- 5 years of experience driving organizational change and influencing outcomes across teams
- 2 or more years of experience leading fully remote, geographically distributed engineering teams
- 2 or more years of experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for mentoring, team development, and building inclusive engineering cultures
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy
- Commitment to operational excellence through improved monitoring, observability, and tooling
- Technical acumen to create clarity around architectural and strategic decisions
- Familiarity with web technologies and architecture
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, containerization, and Terraform
- Occasional travel to other locations, conferences, and training events may be required
- 2 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries
- 2 or more years of experience with Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or similar languages
