As a Senior UX Designer, you will design intuitive user experiences for their products and collaborate with various teams to ensure digital solutions meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and integrate feedback throughout the development cycle
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions for both web and mobile platforms
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring that solutions are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that reflects Businessolver’s brand standards and enhances the overall user experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive design choices, validate concepts, and iterate on solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or digital products, with demonstrable experience designing for both web and mobile applications
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments, with a keen understanding of how design integrates with the development lifecycle
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to design decisions
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, problem-solving skills, and ability to create engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and conversational platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions
- Experience in conversational design, including designing for chatbots and voice-based interactions, is highly desirable
