Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xlysi LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects (implementation, upgrades, enhancements)
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business stakeholders)
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and client communication
- Oversee release management, change management, and governance processes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with project planning tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
