They are seeking a dedicated revenue hire to manage and grow case flow through their platform by closing law firm leads and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities
- Close. Work a warm pipeline of 85+ qualified law firm leads — outreach, demos, pricing, signature
- Onboard. Get every firm you close to its first case in days, not weeks. Train their case managers, paralegals, and attorneys
- Grow. Run usage reviews, find the qualifying cases sitting in each firm's pipeline that haven't been submitted, and fix whatever's blocking them
- Build. There's no playbook. You write it — demo scripts, training guides, workflows — alongside the founders
Skills
- You've carried a number and hit it — sales, CS, or account management
- Hunter's mindset at both ends: chase the close, then go find the cases inside the accounts you've won
- You can build credibility with attorneys and claims professionals — fast learner, sharp communicator
- You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait to be told what to do
- Legal, insurance, or claims experience is a plus — not a requirement
