Responsibilities
- Managing the rollout and implementation of complex software solutions to financial services customers across Canada and the US
- Work with clients to manage the scope and timeline of their software implementation projects
- Meeting with external stakeholders to understand their needs
- Delivering solutions according to customer specifications
- Collaborate with your colleagues in the software development team to manage software configurations and customizations
Skills
- You have three or more years of software project management experience
- You are familiar with one or more enterprise software packages, e.g. ERP, CRM, etc
- You have experience with software implementation, configuration and customization
- You are effective at communicating and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders via video meetings, phone calls, email, chat, etc
