PACE Anti-Piracy is a global leader in software protection and license management, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Director to shape and own their B2B sales strategy. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with teams to drive growth in the software security market.
Responsibilities
- The full B2B sales cycle in North America and beyond — prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close, and account expansion
- PACE's B2B sales strategy: target verticals, go-to-market approach, and competitive positioning
- Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, trade shows, and inbound channels
- Strategic account plans for key prospects and existing customers, including long-term relationship management
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting to executive leadership (we run on HubSpot)
- PACE's presence at industry trade shows and conferences
- Collaboration with our Glasgow team on international opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Direct experience selling software security solutions — anti-tamper, DRM, cryptography, code signing, application shielding, or adjacent products. This is the one requirement we won't flex on
- Experience running complex, technical sales cycles end to end, including sourcing your own pipeline
- The ability to hold the room with both a CISO and a CFO — translating deep technical value into business outcomes
- Comfort with the autonomy and ownership that come with a senior role at an entrepreneurial-scale company
- Selling into software ISVs, automotive, banking, media & entertainment, or healthcare
- Working knowledge of white-box cryptography, code obfuscation, PKI/code signing, or AI model security
- An established network in the software security or application protection ecosystem
- Experience working with international teams
