As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will build new products from 0 to 1 and own them end to end, directly shaping the product that helps independent business owners succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build new products and features from 0 to 1, owning projects from conception through to shipping
- Deliver value across the entire system while holding a high bar for code quality, testing, and design
- Shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating on feature brainstorms and roadmap planning
- Mentor teammates and help elevate the skills and expertise of those around you
- Help build the team by interviewing engineers, making referrals, and improving the engineering culture
Skills
- 8+ years of experience building applications, operating at a staff level
- Experience at a top-tier startup, with a track record of owning, shipping, or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products
- A clear upward trajectory: frequent promotions, expanding scope, or recognition for going above and beyond
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, Kotlin, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience using AI professionally and/or building AI products
- A kind, optimistic, and clear communicator who finds genuine joy in building great products for real people
- Built in one of these domains: AI agents or automations, growth engineering and PLG, B2C ordering, payments or point-of-sale, loyalty or lifecycle marketing, high-visibility consumer mobile apps, or data analytics products
- An active GitHub, open source contributions, hackathons, or a habit of shipping side projects
- A Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field from a strong program
