The Technical Program Manager III will oversee and drive the successful execution of technical projects and programs, requiring a blend of technical expertise and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure alignment of technical programs with organizational goals and strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Technical background with knowledge of software development processes and technologies
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
