The role requires leading high-impact programs and translating business objectives into executable plans while demonstrating strong leadership and agile execution skills.

- Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad business and technical objectives into executable program plans
- High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment at senior levels
- Persistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes
- Proven success implementing, scaling, and optimizing agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) at team and organizational levels
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence senior technical and non-technical leaders (Director, VP, and Senior Staff levels) without formal authority
Skills
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management within a large-scale, enterprise software environment
- Proven ability to lead multi-year, high-impact programs across multiple organizational boundaries
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and the complexities of building and operating global, highly available systems
- Strong grounding in software development principles and the full SDLC
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad business and technical objectives into executable program plans
- High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build alignment at senior levels
- Persistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes
