The Technical Sales Director will ensure client success by providing industry expertise and managing client workflows from prospect through production, while also identifying revenue expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- This Technical Sales Director role is to ensure client success from prospect through production by providing industry and product expertise enabling clients to achieve the best possible claims outcomes
- The Senior Client Innovation Director reports directly to the Vice President - Strategic Account. This role has no direct reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for workflow engineering, Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product knowledge and capabilities
- Lead client workflow analysis for implementation, set-up/configuration, integration, audit rules, etc
- Within 120 days from start date, document product workflows for existing Strategic Accounts Client's to be indexed into bespoke account portfolios for access across internal business units
- Assist in new client onboarding process from pre-pilot through full production ramp
- Provide day-to-day operational support for clients
- Advocate on behalf of clients internally (SA team product team, client support, etc.) to ensure client success
- Actively identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities (new products, cross-sell, incremental claims volume, etc.)
- Depending on candidate, may provide Product Management support to Strategic Accounts and broader CL/NGS teams
Skills
- The successful candidate will be a highly-driven leader who is an expert on modern forms of client discovery, and workflow solutioning
- He/she should have an impressive history workflow engineering with responsibility for prioritizing, analyzing, and making decisions to drive the department
- Strong understanding of business use case generations, market analyses, go-to-marking planning, validation techniques, and workflow creation
- A strong understanding of markets and trends and ability to interpret those trends into actionable items
- Outstanding communication and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence conversation across functions without direct authority
- Able to take limited direction and run with it, making and owning decisions
- Travel up to 30%
