We are currently seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and organizing travel experiences while providing ongoing support throughout the booking process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and helping others create memorable travel experiences — all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel reservations including cruises, resorts, hotels, activities, and vacation packages
Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and itinerary details
Assist with booking confirmations, updates, and travel documentation
Provide timely customer support before and after booking
Stay informed on travel promotions, destination information, and supplier updates
Maintain organized client records and booking details
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
