Primary Responsibilities
• Spearhead the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept ideation and user flow mapping to detailed wireframing, prototyping, and final high-fidelity UI design.
• Initiate and execute user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis, to deeply understand user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
• Plan and conduct rigorous usability testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, iterating on designs based on actionable insights.
• Develop comprehensive user personas, detailed journey maps, and service blueprints to articulate user needs and experience flows to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
Education:
