[Remote] Webex/Cisco Cloud Telephony Engineer-BYOVA

BigRio is seeking a Webex/Cisco Cloud Telephony Engineer with expertise in cloud telephony solutions and AI Voice Agents integration within Cisco Webex environments. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting telephony solutions while collaborating with healthcare integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions
• Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with Cisco cloud telephony
• Configure call routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows
• Collaborate with EPIC integration teams to support healthcare communication workflows
• Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies
• Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center
• Experience implementing cloud telephony solutions
• Experience integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) with Cisco platforms
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and APIs
• Experience working with US healthcare providers
• Experience with Cisco and EPIC integrations
• Familiarity with FHIR and HL7
