- Both criminal and civil litigation exposure across the docket
Skills
- 5-8 years of white collar, government investigations, or complex litigation experience
- Background spanning both criminal and civil work
- Comfort defending corporate clients in federal investigations
- D.C. bar or willingness to obtain
- Bonus points for any agriculture, food industry, or supply chain exposure
