Job description: The Big Walnut Local Schools are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Head Cook position at Big Walnut Elementary School. This position works 6 hours/day, and the start date is to be determined.

Qualifications: Must meet the qualifications and the performance responsibilities of the Board approved Job Description for Head Cook. Must have clear BCI/FBI background checks dated within a year of employment. This individual must have demonstrated a positive rapport with students and staff. The qualified candidate must also show enthusiasm for food service work and assume responsibility with minimal direct supervision. Proven knowledge of the operation of accounting of meals and point of sale system are required of this position.
