As a Residential Trade Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing relationships within the residential design community while supporting a collaborative and fast-moving sales team.

This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the residential design community while developing experience in sales, business development, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team while having the autonomy and ownership to help drive opportunities forward.

$50,00 - $60,000/annual salary and $15,000 estimated annual bonus + annual revenue target bonus.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support the growth of the residential business through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential designers, trade partners, and prospective buyers
Drive momentum within the sales pipeline by engaging customers, responding to inquiries, and advancing opportunities
Partner closely with the sales team to support territory growth and client engagement strategies
Deliver engaging virtual and in-person presentations on products, collections, and brand story
Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to represent the brand and identify new opportunities
Prepare quotes, enter orders, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within Salesforce, ensuring visibility across opportunities and accounts
Coordinate product samples and sales support materials for clients and partners
Develop a strong understanding of products, materials, and manufacturing processes
Identify creative solutions that improve customer experience and support internal process improvements
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer engagement, retail sales, or client-facing roles
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms such as Teams preferred
Experience within furniture, interiors, design, or lifestyle brands is highly valued
A Few Practical Details
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in both office and collaborative team environments.
This position may be based in the Duluth office or remote, depending on location and business needs. Travel for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events will be required.
