Key Qualifications:
• 4+ years developing and writing communications preferably within an internal communications function; field communications experience a plus; expertise in developing audience-first urgent communications for unplanned or “in-the-moment” situations.
• Possess excellent writing skills that can deliver clear messages that motivates behavior change while meeting business goals in a fast paced, dynamic, global environment.
• Experience navigating a complex group of stakeholders. Working cross-functionally within a large business structure.
• Deliver great storytelling, articulating vision, and purpose, while also providing concise tactical and operational content. Able to contextualize all actions in a broader strategic narrative that ensures teams can connect messages and tasks to a higher vision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion with minimal guidance.
