Pay Rate: $ 77.31-81.00/ Hourly

Job Description:
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• In this role you will work with some of the most talented engineers in the design, development, and delivery of physical distribution systems around the globe.
• You are responsible for managing a technology or integration project, successfully delivering the solution to meet project goals.
• You may work directly with external equipment vendors, customers, or partners, and you have a solid understanding of the design approaches and industry technologies utilized in fulfillment and distribution center designs.
• To meet timelines and minimize disruption to support teams, you manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep the scope of engineering deliverables under control
Review of Business Group:
• Ops engineering team, that focuses on REI’s
• Retrofits for conveyors
• Goal is to manage the vendor and complete milestones of the projects
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
• Retrofit
• Going to 12 different sites, and retrofit with new ADPA
Daily schedule:
• Regular FT Standard
• May work during evening 6,7,8,9pm
• But normally 9am-5pm
• Need flexibility on work – some windows may be at night
OT, Weekend, or Holiday schedule:
• Up to 8 hours/week
Task Breakdown and Workflow:
• Travel to site
• Will assign to home base as close as possible
• Manage vendor onsite through deployment phase
• Check on milestone completion, quality of work, etc and repeat each day
• Partner with other stakeholders onsite(RME, operations, etc) , to ensure all are coming together
Interaction Level with team:
• Partner with stakeholders
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
• Program Management skills – a lot of coordination with operations
• Technical skills with engineering experience
• Networking knowledge/testing experience
Nice to haves:
• Engineering experience would be great (electrical/mechanical aspect)
• Experience of retrofits or live operational sites

• At least 6+ years of Project/Program Experience

• Background in material handlers within Client (have seen some contractors have this background and excel in the role)
