Key Responsibilities:
- Handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work with customers to resolve problems and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Essential Qualifications:
- Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales).
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies, including strong customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- ALL candidates must score an 80% or above on the eSkills test.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare space.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment with a focus on inbound calls.
- Medical background or experience working in a healthcare-related field.
