This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a Sales Accelerator Specialist to supercharge our lead generation efforts and support our sales team in driving real revenue impact. You’ll play a critical role in executing outbound strategies, managing CRM systems, and contributing to overall sales performance. You’ll also assist with occasional marketing and administrative tasks to support wider business functions.Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to build and qualify prospect lists.
- Outbound Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (e.g., Dripify, HubSpot).
- Pipeline Support: Work closely with the sales team to move prospects through the funnel by coordinating follow-ups and sharing insights.
- CRM Management: Keep data updated and assist in streamlining workflows and automation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales support, lead generation, or a similar role
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and outreach tools
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Buffer
- Background in SaaS, digital marketing, or remote team environments
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, or ClickUp
