We are building a high-performance outbound sales agency focused on generating qualified pipeline and revenue for B2B companies. You will be joining a founding team with experience building 8-figure businesses and exiting multiple companies, and you will have the opportunity to learn how high-level outbound sales organizations operate from the inside. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound sales environments and enjoys the challenge of high-volume prospecting, especially cold calling. Early in this role, your focus will be executing outbound campaigns and booking qualified meetings for clients. Over time, top performers will have opportunities to move into sales leadership, coaching, and closing roles as the company scales.
