We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in a collaborative and flexible work environment. Responsibilities • Perform accounting services for clients, including financial reporting and analysis • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules • Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies • Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and reporting • Collaborate with internal team members and support junior staff as needed Qualifications • 3–5 years of accounting experience(audit, public accounting, consulting, or in-house accounting) • Experience in public accounting or audit is preferred • Experience in a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm is highly preferred • CPA license is not required; however, CPA candidates or those with relevant coursework are highly preferred • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Language Requirement • Japanese-English bilingual required Work Environment • Hybrid work schedule (2–3 days in office) • Team-oriented and supportive work environment • Opportunity for long-term career development Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) • Paid Sick Leave • Paid Time Off • Life Insurance Please contact Satomi honda for this position: (213) 448-7822 [email protected] Flexible work from home options available.
