Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture & Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and load large volumes of structured and semi‑structured data from internal careerzynith systems (e.g., pharmacy claims, clinical encounters, HEDIS records) and external sources.
- Data Warehouse Management: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of careerzynith’s data warehouse, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with data scientists, BI engineers, product owners, and business analysts to translate analytical requirements into technical specifications and deliver data solutions that meet business goals.

Essential Qualifications
