Key Responsibilities

- Work Planning Support - Assist in coordinating and scheduling work flow to ensure efficient operations across all Body Shop activities
- Interdepartmental Communication - Serve as the primary communication channel between Client Guarantee Technicians and the Body Shop team
- Vehicle Appearance Coordination - Oversee and coordinate all vehicle appearance requirements to maintain careerzynith's premium standards
- Customer Relations - Handle customer communications with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively
- Vehicle Documentation - Prepare and maintain accurate vehicle documentation throughout the repair process
- Supply Management - Coordinate reordering of materials and supplies needed for repair operations
