Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain the scope of all regional Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for the LatAm CS Operations team.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports; track milestones and proactively address risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced call‑center partners, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption of training programs.

Learning Content Development & Curriculum Design
