- Team Management: Lead two core squads—Adversarial Abuse Operations and Business Analytics—providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development for senior managers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Risk Identification & Modeling: Oversee the design and deployment of advanced machine‑learning models that surface emerging abuse patterns, including AI‑generated content, coordinated spam, and credential stuffing.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Global Operations to embed abuse‑prevention signals into product features, policy enforcement tools, and user‑experience flows.
