Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, or management consulting with a financial focus. Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic financial planning. Strong understanding of capital markets, M&A processes, and corporate restructuring.
