Lead .Net Developer/Azure Architect (Full-Stack)

Responsibilities:
• Architect and build scalable full-stack applications in a cloud-native environment
• Lead technical decisions and drive best practices across the team
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful features
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of growth and excellence
• Optimize performance across front-end, APIs, and databases
• Implement secure development practices and modern CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills:
• 10-15 of deep hands-on Azure architecture experience
• Strong understanding of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings and when to leverage specific Azure services
• Experience designing scalable enterprise systems end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, containerization, SQL patterns, MassTransit, CI/CD pipelines, and security considerations
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and architectural tradeoffs
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Cultural fit: humble, coachable, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
• Genuine passion for coding and engineering with intrinsic motivation to continue learning, especially around AI enablement and tooling
