Senior Manager, Field Marketing (1)

Job Description Sr. Manager, Field Marketing  Position Summary  The Sr. Manager, Field Marketing will be the regional field marketing lead for one of four U.S. regions — Northeast (New York/ New Jersey), Southwest (Los Angeles), Midwest (Chicago), or Southeast (Atlanta/Orlando). This role is responsible for translating national strategy into relevant, impactful regional and local market programs that bring brand extensions and partnerships to life.  This individual will serve as the local market marketing lead for the assigned region, partnering closely with Kraft Heinz Away From Home Brand, Marketing, Sales and equipment teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external customers and operators to deliver strong activation plans with executional excellence. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, local market insight, creative problem solving, and hands-on execution to help drive business impact in market.  Key Responsibilities  Lead Regional and Local Market Activation  Translate national brand strategy into regional and local market programs including Heinz Verified expansion and activations across key verticals including sports & entertainment, hospitality, and colleges & universities.   Adapt brand extensions and partnership initiatives into locally relevant activations  Identify opportunities to move with speed and agility to activate against real-time and cultural moments in market  Ensure programs align to broader business priorities while reflecting the needs of the assigned region  Bring Forward Local Insights and Trends  Serve as the local market expert for the assigned region, with a strong understanding of emerging trends, competitive activity, and operator insights  Identify opportunities to shape more relevant and impactful programs based on market intelligence  Provide local learnings and recommendations to strengthen future activations and partnership efforts  Bring Brand Extensions and Partnerships to Life  Lead execution of brand extensions and partnership activations across the assigned region  Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programs that are operationally strong and locally relevant  Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and operators to support long-term partnership success  Ensure activations resonate with operators and support strong in-market impact  Deliver Flawless Program Execution  Serve as the key marketing partner to local Sales teams, agencies, customers, and operators  Provide local support to help ensure executional excellence across programs and initiatives  Monitor quality of execution and address issues quickly to keep programs on track  Ensure contractual compliance across programs, partnerships, and market activations  Partner Cross-Functionally  Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute integrated plans  Build strong partnerships that support effective planning, communication, and delivery  Connect field feedback back into broader marketing strategy and planning  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA with a marketing focus preferred  5 to 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, field marketing, product management, brand management, CPG Sales, or related commercial roles  Foodservice experience preferred  Strong ability to influence and build credibility at all levels, internally and externally, to align decisions with customer and business needs  Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful marketing integrations and locally relevant activations  Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners  Proven ability to move with speed and agility, respond to changing market dynamics, and activate against real-time opportunities  Must be able to prioritize with impact, focusing time and resources on the opportunities that matter most  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret trends, insights, and quantitative data to inform decisions  Ability to balance creativity with business needs to deliver relevant, impactful activations  Strong organizational agility, with the ability to navigate formal and informal channels to move work forward and remove roadblocks  Self-starter mentality with a positive, results-oriented approach  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook  Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% for business, including meetings, site visits, and collaboration sessions with customers  Who Will Succeed in This Role  This role is a strong fit for a marketer who can simplify the complex, move with speed and agility, and translate strategy into action at the market level. New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
