Senior Product Manager, Website Builder

Job Description: • Own the product systems that help Owner launch more high-quality restaurant websites. • Reduce churn caused by website customization gaps by making websites more flexible, more beautiful, and easier to adapt to each customer’s brand. • Lead Owner’s website strategy across four areas: website design, website agents, website builder, and website generation. • Build AI-powered website agents for chat-to-edit workflows and background updates that improve websites over time. • Improve the website builder so internal teams and customers can create, edit, customize, QA, and launch websites faster without sacrificing quality. • Improve AI-powered website generation so websites start with better design, better content, better structure, and stronger restaurant-specific context. • Set a high design bar for websites across visual polish, brand expression, information hierarchy, mobile experience, content, conversion, and trust. • Partner with Engineering, Design, AI, Launch, Customer Success, and GTM teams to turn websites into a durable product advantage for Owner. Requirements: • 5+ years of product management experience • Ability to get things done: you have a track record of shipping software that made a difference for your customers • Excellent product sense: you have a good understanding of what makes for a high-quality product and are opinionated about what solutions will be successful • Deep customer empathy: you care about helping your customers and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needs • Strong data fluency: you effectively gather and integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform your decision-making and update your intuition • Proficiency handling ambiguity: you make sure your goals are clearly defined and display significant independence in achieving them • Clear written and verbal communication: you’re a force for clarity and alignment, ensuring everyone’s on the same page • Competence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience, and you’re comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs.
