About the position
Revisible, a vSplash brand, helps small businesses get found and recommended across Google, local platforms, and AI-driven search. We partner with SMBs across the U.S. and India to improve online visibility, strengthen local presence, and generate customer demand through search and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
• Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — lead gen, retargeting, and traffic.
• Maintain separate campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding logic for India and the US.
• Create and optimize ad copy for India and U.S. audiences.
• Own budget allocation across platforms and markets, shifting spend based on performance data.
• Work with the sales team to define qualified leads and optimize campaigns toward that definition.
• Review lead quality feedback regularly and adjust targeting, messaging, and offers accordingly.
• Identify which segments, keywords, and creatives produce leads that convert and prioritize those signals.
• Own conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Implement offline conversion imports so platforms optimize on actual sales, not just form submissions.
• Identify and resolve tracking gaps proactively.
• Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting, analysis, testing, and optimization efficiency.
• Run structured tests on copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies — document findings and actions taken.
• Manage negative keyword lists and audience exclusions to control wasted spend.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, and cost-per-lead by market and platform.
• Work with SEO, content, website, and sales teams on integrated acquisition efforts.
• Recommend landing page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, preferably for digital services, SaaS, agencies, or local businesses.
• Hands-on experience with campaigns in both India and the US.
• Proficient in conversion tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, Meta Pixel, and Meta CAPI.
• Ability to write effective ad copy for India and U.S. audiences
• Comfortable with CPL analysis and independent spend decisions.

• Familiarity with SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, or Google Business Profile
• Landing page optimization or CRO background
• Zapier, Make, or Apps Script for workflow automation
• CRM familiarity
